The Progressive Source Awards is a project of Progressive Source Communications, a company recently formed to create Web videos, strategies and ad campaigns to serve progressive advocacy groups and non-profit organizations. The company was created to serve the growing field of public interest digital marketing.

Our staff has experience in new media, journalism and public interest advocacy and journalism. This provides us with useful insight into how to use new media to most effectively, and directly, communicate progressive messages. Our view of how the Internet is empowering the communications paradigm to shift toward a direct democracy revolution is characterized in our Web video, “Public Interest Digital Marketing: It’s About Change.”
