Rajesh Desai is Managing Director of Meritus Capital, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.

Mr. Desai has 20 years experience in assisting the executive management of the world's leading professional services, technology and industrial firms in the areas of competitive positioning, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Desai has completed consulting assignments for clients in Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. In addition, he is an experienced entrepreneur, having founded and worked for three start up companies.

Mr. Desai was born and raised in Kenya. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Vassar College.
